Absolutely. Finding the right fit matters, and sometimes it takes a session or two to know. If you feel like it’s not working, just let us know, we’ll help you switch to someone who feels like a better match for you.
No, it usually takes 1 to 2 days to assess and understand your concerns. Meaningful change typically takes 3 to 8 months, and for some people up to a year. Therapy is a long-term commitment, and your therapist will help set goals and pace the work so it feels manageable and sustainable.
We usually begin with sessions once a week to build consistency and momentum. As you feel more stable, you can shift to every 15 days. When your goals have been met, you can end therapy or check in at a lower frequency. In some cases, we may do two sessions a week but that is rare and based on need.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your session with prior notice of 24 hours. We understand that things come up, just let us or your therapist know in advance, and we’ll help you find a new time that works for you. Cancellation policies may vary slightly depending on the professional, so it’s always good to check in early.
The cost varies based on the professional you choose. Therapy sessions typically start from ₹2000, while psychiatric consultations start from ₹1000. You’ll see the exact fee listed before booking, so you can make an informed choice that works for you. Your session slot is confirmed only after payment is received. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the slot being shared. If payment is not received within this time, the slot will be given to someone else without reminders.
Yes, this is a safe, welcoming space for everyone. Our therapists are queer-affirmative and trained in gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. Our sessions are respectful, confidential, and judgment-free.
Each session is 60 minutes and is usually held once a week.
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
