How old do I need to be to use your services?

You need to be at least 18 years old to access our services. If you’re under 18 and looking for support, we recommend reaching out with a parent or guardian so we can guide you to the right kind of help.

How do I start?

At I’M Powered, we support a wide range of mental and emotional health concerns. These include anxiety disorders (general, panic, social), depression, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, grief, burnout, lifestyle stressors, mood disorders and more.

You can also reach out for personal growth, self-discovery, and goal-setting support through life coaching or Akashic Record Reading.

Can therapy or psychiatry (in person) be done entirely online?

No. Psychiatric consultations are done in person so your psychiatrist can complete a thorough assessment and safely discuss treatment options, including medication. Therapy sessions can be online or in person, based on your comfort and schedule. 

Is online therapy effective and secure?

Yes, online therapy is both effective and secure. Our therapists are trained to hold meaningful, one-on-one sessions virtually, ensuring you feel heard and supported. We use secure platforms to protect your privacy, so you can talk freely from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Can I switch therapists if it doesn’t feel right?

Absolutely. Finding the right fit matters, and sometimes it takes a session or two to know. If you feel like it’s not working, just let us know, we’ll help you switch to someone who feels like a better match for you.

Can all my concerns be resolved in just one session?

No, it usually takes 1 to 2 days to assess and understand your concerns. Meaningful change typically takes 3 to 8 months, and for some people up to a year. Therapy is a long-term commitment, and your therapist will help set goals and pace the work so it feels manageable and sustainable.

How often should I have sessions?

We usually begin with sessions once a week to build consistency and momentum. As you feel more stable, you can shift to every 15 days. When your goals have been met, you can end therapy or check in at a lower frequency. In some cases, we may do two sessions a week but that is rare and based on need.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your session with prior notice of 24 hours. We understand that things come up, just let us or your therapist know in advance, and we’ll help you find a new time that works for you. Cancellation policies may vary slightly depending on the professional, so it’s always good to check in early.

What’s the cost of therapy or psychiatry sessions?

The cost varies based on the professional you choose. Therapy sessions typically start from ₹2000, while psychiatric consultations start from ₹1000. You’ll see the exact fee listed before booking, so you can make an informed choice that works for you. Your session slot is confirmed only after payment is received. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the slot being shared. If payment is not received within this time, the slot will be given to someone else without reminders.

Do you support LGBTQ+ clients?

Yes, this is a safe, welcoming space for everyone. Our therapists are queer-affirmative and trained in gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. Our sessions are respectful, confidential, and judgment-free.

What is the Session Duration & Frequency?

Each session is 60 minutes and is usually held once a week.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy?

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

What are the Payment modes available?

Paytm / GPay / Bank Transfer / PayPal
