Hi, I am a psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Hypnotic Psychotherapy. I graduated from Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University and completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Amity University. I follow an eclectic approach to therapy and incorporate tools and techniques from various therapeutic modalities like – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotionally Focussed Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapy etc. My goal is to provide an inclusive, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we’ll work towards achieving your goals, fostering self-growth, and building resilience.

The first session is all about getting to know you. It’s your space to share as much as you feel comfortable about yourself, your concerns, and what brought you to therapy.
