There are days when you are gripped the feeling that you’re not good enough, smart enough. You compare, criticise and judge yourself. And sometimes this can go on for days and weeks! Here are a few things that you can do to get out of this loop!😣

1. Remind yourself that it’s just a day when you’re not feeling that good about yourself & it will pass. You just need to go with the flow for a bit.🧡
2. Don’t give in to your mental chatter. Simply let it run like background noise.💜
3. Focus on the next task or activity that lies ahead. Be in the present.💌
4. Create a list of all the things you’ve accomplished so far and use that as evidence.🩷
5. Practice affirmations like ‘I’m good enough’,’I’ve got this’,’I’m doing the best I can’ instead of fighting with your thoughts. 💛
P.S. it’s practice of the above things that will make a huge difference.👆
