I am Drishti Jalan, a dedicated mental health professional with a strong academic foundation. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Delhi University, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University. I am a certified Cognitive Hypnotic Psychotherapist and Trauma-informed Therapist.
As a queer-friendly therapist, I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals from all backgrounds.
My post-graduate education has equipped me with a comprehensive set of therapeutic skills, enabling me to implement positive, cognitive, and person-centred approaches to counselling.
I specialize in addressing various concerns like: stress, anxiety, trauma, dysfunctional family dynamics, concerns in relationships, self-exploration, etc.
My greatest strength lies in my easy-going and compassionate nature, allowing me to establish a strong rapport with individuals and groups naturally. I firmly believe that true health encompasses not only physical well-being but also mental and social well-being.
My ultimate goal is to support individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being. With a client-centred approach and a focus on fostering growth and self-discovery, I am here to assist you in navigating and improving your mental health.

The sessions made me realize the biggest issue in my marriage is 'communication' and expressing feelings in the right way and at the right time. This never struck unless we addressed it in the session. So thank you for that.
